I'd seen the karma thread on pear-dev but I wasn't sure if I needed

Hi andrew,
To make things clear, you are proposing to take over Image_color as well
as doing Image_Color2 ?
If so we will add you as new lead on image_color and mark the previous
maintainer inactive.

| For the record I have just added Andrew as lead of Image_Color, marking
Jason as inactive.
I also updated Image_Color/package.xml in accordance.
Arnaud.
