Since quite a lot of people might have already upgraded to the last version
(upgraded to last stable), this might be an issue for them. So I'd favor a
re-release with a new sub-version-number (1.3.1). Sorry Toby - but I guess =
that
would help everybody trying to install Net_FTP ... and be our primary aim t=
o
ensure a clean repository.
