| Hi guys!
I'm currently working on automating the reminder emails for orphan PEPr
proposals (at first so far, that the Core-QA-People have to hit just one
button to do, later this should be fully automatic). Therefore I'd like
to fix, which texts we use to remind people. My first drafts:
-- Orphan Draft Proposal (per Email) --
Subject: [PEAR-Core-QA] Your proposal <proposal_name>
Dear <name>,
you did not work on your proposal for <proposal_name> since more than 30
days. We'd like to alert you, that if we do not register an action on
this proposal within 7 further days, we will mark the proposal orphan
and delete it.
If this happenes accedentally to your proposal, feel free to create the
proposal again.
Thank you for your appreciation!
With kind regards,
your PEAR Core-QA-Team (<username> )

-- Orphan Proposed Proposal (per PEPr comment) --
Dear <name>,
you did not work on your proposal for <proposal_name> since more than 30
days. We'd like to alert you, that if we do not register an action on
this proposal within 7 further days, we will mark the proposal orphan
and delete it.
If this happenes accedentally to your proposal, feel free to create the
proposal again.

Your PEPr proposal finished more than 30 days ago and you did not
register a package, yet. Please inform us on your current plans
regarding the package <package_name> or register the package within the
next 30 days. If you do not react within this timespan, the PEAR QA Team
will mark your proposal as orphan, which means invalid. If you still
want to propose this package again, you will have to run through the
proposal process again.
If this happenes accedentally to your proposal, please contact the PEAR
QA Team at pear-qa@lists.php.net.

Your PEAR proposal <proposal name> has been inactive for more than 30
days. If there is no action within the next 7 days we will mark the
consider the proposal orphaned and delete it.
If this happens accidentally to your proposal, feel free to re-create it.

Dear <name>,
Your PEAR proposal (<proposal name> finished more than 30 days ago and
as yet you have not registered the relevant package. Please inform us of
your current plans regarding the proposal or register the package within
the next 30 days. If you still have not registered the package at that
point and have not contacted us we will consider the proposal orphaned
and delete it. This will render the result invalid.
If you still wish to release the package, you will need to start a new
proposal and start over again.
If this happens accidentally to your proposal, please contact the PEAR
QA Team at pear-qa@lists.php.net.
