RFC - Mail_Queue and possible BC break

Hi guys,

I've had two reports already for a missing
functionality in the Mail_Queue package,
i.e. Bcc support:

Please read the comments, especially those
in the second bug report. How should I proceed?
Is it OK if I commit the mentioned patch, which
slightly breaks BC, even if Mail_Queue is stable?
Or should I leave it as-is?
