Hi,

since xavier is back in action (though the package is still marked as
unmaintained and he is listed as inactive) we now have a new leader in
the open bug category .. PEAR::SOAP (which is not marked as unmaintained).

Well I've told Xavier both here on the ML and in private email what to do
so he isn't inactive and the package marked as unmaintained but I never
got a reply :/
