Net_URL and Net_URL2

Hi guys,

I talked to Richard yesterday and he allowed me to sort out this CVS mess
we were having in there.
Now we have the PHP 5 version in a Net_URL2 dir and the Net_URL dir now
contains the old version (with all bug fixes made after the PHP 5 commit)
and everything is just dandy, now only thing that has to happen is for
Richard to release both of them :-)

Just wanted to give you heads up that this is no longer a problem as it
was before.
