Net_Geo package maintainer

I would like to be considered for the position of maintainer for this
package. I am the founder and maintainer of the showmyip.com and
ippages.com web sites and have been using php for about 4 years. I
originally entered the software industry in 1978 after taking a 2-year
technical course at BCIT in Vancouver, BC Canada. I have been self-employed
in the software business since 1991 and am well acquainted with both working
with other people's code, and doing my own development.

Please advise if there are any further details or specifics you require.
