Anatoly, don't respond to my emails before you read them. I quote myself:

"You need to talk to Edin, who has the only copy of the windows build."
Edin Kadrabasic (I probably misspelled that) does the windows build of
PHP because he has access to MS VC++ and his machine also generates
windows snapshots. The php 4 release process is not controlled by any
repository. This is a serious annoyance, and now a problem again. I
would have fixed this but have no real power over a machine from someone
with whom I have exchanged 1 email. Nor do I have any real
understanding of all the issues involved.

See my above comment.

Perhaps because I didn't say that everyone is equal. I said perhaps you
think you're better than everyone else (translate: arrogant)

More proof you aren't reading the messages I send. I just explained IN
GREAT DETAIL that my patch for pear revert was heavily criticized, and I
responded to it. There are plenty of other examples. I've reverted
code I committed to PEAR_Exception, modified the format of package.xml
2.0 to avoid using="attributes" and the list goes on and on.

I've yet to see you accept any criticism at all, actually. You just
whine like a 3-year old.

For the last time: grow up and provide some code *and* some
intelligence. You've done so with phpDocumentor in the past. Do it
again now.

I sound like my mother, let's stop this pissing contest and get to
work. OK, now to fix the windows build, you need to understand how it
is created. It is done differently in PHP 4 and PHP 5. Wez Furlong is
the win32 release master. You can find his email address in posts all
over php.* lists, and he is on irc (EFNet) occasionally. Also, Edin,
who is harder to reach through irc, is reachable through email. You can
also find his email through a search of the archives. To help, please
contact one of them and see if you can find out why the go-pear version
is so old, and why things are breaking in php 4.3.9+

It's probably a simple problem, but as I said, I have a grand total of
15 minutes a day to do anything about it until things settle down in my
personal life. I would like to get this resolved. If you are willing,
please email me off-list and I can help get you jumpstarted on fixing
this issue properly.
