Hello Richard,
as per Arnaud email you are kindly asked to remove your last 2.0
release of Net_URL ASAP.

As you are certainly aware 3 packages depend on Net_URL
(Mail_IMAP,HTTP_Request,SOAP) and breaking BC is not possible. There
are already some downloads, so please delete the release as soon as
possible.

You might also want to check on the open bugs in this package, is
something easy to fix and there are no comments from you.
