Hey,

I just committed some information about the QA initiative to the
website. Once the site has been updated (~ 2 hours from now), you can
find it at http://pear.php.net/qa/. This is of course merely a first
draft, but at least it's better than nothing. For future updates, I
suggest one or two folks from the core team apply for CVS karma for the
qa/ directory.

Once there is a bit more content, we can add links on /index.php.
