Hello,

after the finshied voting for the QA team, i would like to register my
package (http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-proposal-show.php?id=81). But I
have "Insufficient Privileges" for
<http://pear.php.net/release-upload.php>. I would prefer to commit to
CVS, thats why i will ask for an account for the CVS server.
