So, you can use the patch right now for yourself, don't you? When Davey
get's time he will surely review it and commit it, if it feels useful to
him. This is not a QA issue, since the maintainer is reachable. Please
clearify this with the leads of HTTP_Header.

This can not be done by QA, but is a maintainer issue.

For patches of that size it's better to provide a link for download instead
of posting it to the list.

Thanks a lot for your work on HTTP_Header. I'd suggest to open a bug report
for your issues and attach the patch in the first step.
