Karma needed: Releasing XML_Parser

| Hi,
I'd like to do a new release of XML_Parser, as we agreed that I will
maintain the package (Stig is ok with this). But as I'm not yet the lead
developer of XML_Parser, I'm not able to upload the release.
I'm not sure how the procedure for such issues is. Maybe someone of the
pearweb guys is able to assign me as lead developer of XML_Parser...
Or should Stig upload the new release?
The package can be downloaded from:

Stig (or another lead) needs to assign you as a lead developer to the
package on pear-web[1]. Then you can upload the release.
