Hello,

My name is Robert, I'm currently in the Seattle area, and I am volunteering
my help to the QA team. I have a few years of PHP coding experience and
would like to help the PEAR project and increase my PHP skill level at the
same time.

I have looked through the news archives and on the PEAR website for any
information as where one would get additional information about how to help
the PEAR QA team but I found none. If there is someone who could tell me
where to start and what needs to be done I'd appreciate it as I'm ready to
start.
