Hi guys,

This is something PEAR lacks, and has been noted before by QA (see the
summary from the unofficial meeting in Frankfurt) and I remembered about
a thing WACT uses (wact.sf.net) and here is a little article about it:

This is something QA should look into (if there aren't any plans on
writing something from scratches that is :))

No, one does not want to look into Rephlux. One wants to learn Ruby and
add PHP / PHPUnit support to Damage Control [1].
