The new PEAR package Net_SMTP-1.2.11 (stable) has been released at http://pear.php.net/.

Release notes
-------------
- We now use package.xml version 2 exclusively.
- Skip unit tests when the configuration file is not available.
- Fixing a protocol error when performing DIGEST-MD5 authentication. (Bug 12206)
