Hi all,

In the file http://cvs.php.net/viewvc.cgi/pear/...e/TimeZone.php?
view=markup in the array $_DATE_TIMEZONE_DATA why is the offset for
"Etc/GMT+3" negative ('offset' => -10800000) and the offset for "Etc/
GMT-3" positive ('offset' => 10800000)? What I find really odd is
that the key is "Etc/GMT+3" but the short & long name are both "Etc/
GMT-3". Can someone provide some insight into the situation?

Cheers,
AJ Tarachanowicz II
