Don't forget that QuickForm also has a few useful plugins that are separate
packages listed in PEAR.

For mail there's Mail and Mail_mime.

Also take a look at DB_DataObject and DB_DataObject_FormBuilder (which uses
QuickForm) for auto form generation.
