The new PEAR package Console_ProgressBar-0.5.0beta (beta) has been released at http://pear.php.net/.

Release notes

Added an option specifying the minimum interval between two updates
Fixed bug about too long progressbar on windows

Package Info

The class allows you to display progress bars in your terminal. You can use
this for displaying the status of downloads or other tasks that take some
time.
