Author getting a full featured developer account

According to the PEAR docs, "if your proposal has been accepted, you may put
your package into PEAR. If this is your first proposal, please contact the PEAR
Group <http://pear.php.net/group/> via email to get your current PEAR
website account upgraded to a full featured developer account. After that,
you can register your package and upload releases."

My package - BitInteger - was accepted with five votes - one of which was
conditional upon my revamping my coding standards. As the following link
demonstrates, I believe they have now been revamped:

A w ago, I emailed pear-group@php.net asking about this and haven't heard
anything. How long does this usually take? Is there something else I need
to do above and beyond emailing pear-group@php.net?
