Sorry if this is off topic.
I'm looking for some information on newsletter management scripts/classes. I
think I remember seeing something on the list a while back, but I couldn't
find very much in the archives. I'm looking for something that will take
care of user registration and sending the newsletter. anticipated audience
is 200 to 1,000.
I would be willing to use ezlm etc. except server is win 2003 (not my
decision), mail server runs on a separate win 2003 machine(again, not my
decision).
Any suggestions, Pear or otherwise, appreciated.
