The new PEAR package PEAR_PackageUpdate_Web-0.2.1 (beta) has been released at http://pear.php.net/.

* bug fix
- base install directory error into package xml

* qa
- pear installer dependency is 1.4.8 same as for PPU

PEAR_PackageUpdate (PPU) is designed to allow developers to easily include auto updating features for other packages and PEAR installable applications.

PEAR_PackageUpdate_Web is a HTML web front end for PPU.
