I seem to be getting the wrong time when I convert it by convertTZbyID.

For example:

my server is in MST, and I need to calc for EST. This should be a
difference of 2 hours, however when I use convertTZbyID I get a new
time 4 hours from MST.

According to the documentation you pass in

string $id

Is that string the MST or should that be something like 7
