The new PEAR package Validate_ISPN-0.5.0 (alpha) has been released at http://pear.php.net/.

Release notes
-------------
- Split from Validate into independent package
- CS fixes
- Added product_numbers test (tests for ISSN, EAN8, EAN13, EAN14, UCC12 and SSCC)
