Ignore this, I've changed the DO to use a different path to generator,
as i still have those tweaks to the do uncomitted :| But it still
doesnt explain that wierdness. Also the normal createTables.php adds
extra quotes to the generated do's ie require_once
''DB_DataObject.php'';

There was also an issue with my xml configs which i use for the
settings :)
