HTML_Quickform_Controller

I have three pages in a Quickform_Controller that used to work. I must have
changed something.

Now, when I submit the first page, I get the same first page back but with
everything I submitted in place. There are no errors displayed on the
screen, nor are there any in the error array in the controller object.

When I breakpoint in the second iteration of the calling page, I see that
all the values are in the $_POST array.

How in the world do I debug this?
