Finally I have PEAR installed on my PC. I use a new go-pear.phar file =
download from the PEAR site as Greg say me. Now I have a problem and a =
question. The problem is that when I try this:

I got this message error:

How or where I can setup a proxy conection?
The question is:
When I move my site to a hosting server? I can't any problem with using =
my local PEAR? They create this pear.ini file

This is a known bug in go-pear.phar distributed with PHP 5.1.1 and 5.1.0
download http://pear.php.net/go-pear.phar and replace your existing one =
with it, this will fix the problem.
