Uploading New Release of File_XSPF

Hi,

I just tried to upload the first release of File_XSPF following this
morning's acceptance of the package, but have no permission to do so,
according to release-upload.php on pear.php.net. The exact message is:

"You don't have permissions to upload this release."

Can someone sort out the required permissions? I already have a PEAR
account. My username is djg.
