Does Flexy possess a cache management? how activate it?

It's a very simple cache based on comparing modification date of source
against compiled templates.

There is a routine in the HTML_Template_Flexy_Translator to clear the
cache if you need to.

Otherwise you can compile a specific template with the forceCompile flag
set.
