The new PEAR package MIME_Type-1.0.0beta3 (beta) has been released at http://pear.php.net/.

Release notes

* Add $parameters class var. (Fixes #2083)
* Quote filenames in _fileAutoDetect() (Fixes #2078)

* Supports full RFC2045 specification.
