It's a web service. You might look for those; I didn't see it under XML or
HTML either. I had to resort to using Google; "xmlrpc" didn't show anything
in the search tool on pear.php.net.

regarding pingback. You might try this URL. It looks promising, there's
some examples down towards the bottom.
