The proposal was removed as I haven't had time to work more on it
lately. Also, there didn't seem to be much support for it.
The Source URL still works, though:

You can also access the project at Sourceforge. If you're interedted in
it, please file bug reports / feature requests at sourceforge or e-mail
me. If there's interest, I'll work more on making this project work better.
