Propose for italian mirror

Hi,
we are interested to set up an Italian Mirror for php.net sites.

We have seen that recently the second italian mirror (it2.php.net) is
not more active, then we have thought that it could be interesting to
set up a new mirror site.

This is possible now add a new official mirror?
