2nd mirror in Panama

| Hello, Hannes. I have a server with available resources as a second
mirror in the Republic of Panama. I'll have it ready by the end of the
day (CST) at the address: php.s ingfor.info. Will you accept it as an
official mirror? I have read the instructions and have completed the
setup except the initial rsync (it is in progress).

I've registered your mirror as id2.php.net, using the same information
as my.php.net.
If you want them changed, just let me know.
