I know, there is nothing wrong with your mirror, sorry for the bogus mail.

There were a lot of maintainers that got a bogus "mirror deactivated"
mail today, including webmaster@php.net :)
The mail I sent out earlier today (with the subject "Disabled php.net
mirrors [Mirror status information]") contains the real list of
disabled mirrors.
