Typo in the dutch translation

There's a typo in the Dutch translation of the "header"-function page:
http://nl2.php.net/manual/nl/function.header.php (and
http://nl3.php.net/manual/nl/function.header.php)

Just below the first example, there's "forseert" in a sentence. This had to
be "forceert".
