Thanks for your reply. But I'm still unable to download the
documentation :(
The error page url (as shown in the browser is) :

It goes to this page after I click on English, Single HTML file link on
http://www.php.net/download-docs.php page.
In fact clicking on any of these links produces similar error for me
:(
Could you provide a direct link for the documentation download such as
http://www.php.net/..../html.gz or something similar that will directly
fetch me the file?
