Again, would you please clarify situation a bit? The mirror is fully functional
for me, and I checked it from both internal network and outer nets where I can
reahing out to.

would you please check you automatic 'mirror is alive and not stale' logs and
inform me a bit why ru2.php.net aka php.rinet.ru is still dropped from mirror
list?
