Description:
------------
Ability to use lynx to download PHP snaps on remote hosts would make my
life a little easier.

Unfortunately snaps.php.net page has messy table-based layout which
makes no sense when linearized (columns lose association with their
headings).

Expected result:
----------------
Use valid HTML. Don't use unneccesarily nested tables and use <th> for
headings. If tables were built properly, even lynx could display them.

I can clean up this code myself, if you show me where to get it's
source from.
