ZendConf, phpWorks, InternationalPHPConf, Forum PHP are over,
XML_RPC is so last summer,
4.4.0, 4.4.1, 5.1.0, and 5.1.1 are archaic,
PHPQuebec and php|tek CFPs are closed

| Sara, I don't see you comitting this stuff to the news archive, where it
belongs. Also moving news to the archive is not a selective process, but
driven by dates. So keeping some stuff on the frontpage while moving newer
news to the archive is not an option.
