Business Partnership

| I'm writing you to propose a business partnership of sorts. My company
uses PHP & the LAMP stack, we're big supporters of what you are doing
(thanks!).
I know you're always looking for ways to build awareness for PHP and
help with fundraising. I have a really interesting idea for you.
You guys could easily create some designs aimed at the programmer
demographic and start selling them for-profit in a php.net online store.
The profit potential is really high, and you'd also be providing loyal
PHP fans with the merchandise they've always wanted! The young male,
16-30 market just loves hooded sweatshirts, longsleeve shirts, etc.
printed with , eye-popping designs that support their passions for
coding, programming, and the web in general. Don't think about just
"logo" merchandise (although you could have that too) but think of the
designs you could make and stick your logo on the shirt somewhere.
You could do dorky computer shirts, funny shirts, etc.
With our company you don't have to worry about stocking inventory,
shipping, customs, customer service, etc. We do everything for you, and
we do it for free. We just take a cut of each shirt you sell. Please let
me know if this sounds like something you would be interested in. I
would love to get you setup with your own store, and I would be the
first person to buy some PHP merchandise!
Call me toll-free or just e-mail me back with your questions.

No, we are not interested. PHP awareness is good enough.

"PHP is a widely-used general-purpose scripting language that is
especially suited for Web development and can be embedded into HTML.
If you are new to PHP and want to get some idea of how it works, try

Thank you for your interest.
