I would like to add a mirror for php.net in Israel

(i'm sorry to send it to you again, i'm not sure that you got my first mail.)
i have a very stable server (8 giga ram , Dual Xeon 3.6GHz with 1000 mbit connection (shared) i would really like to add a mirror in IL for you(i will also make a backup server for this mirror so it will be 100% stable.), i'm a big fan of php and im working with php for somthing like 3-4 years , i have 10 private servers in Israel.
will you accept me to your israel mirror list? , i think that israel is a developed country in coding or with servers - internt protection etc' , and i think israel should have another mirror ,
i'm really hoping that you will accept my request , it can just help us, hope you'ill agree.

Hi

We got your first mail, and second, and third.

If you check out our mirroring guidelines (http://php.net/mirroring)
you'll see we are only looking for mirrors in countries where we don't
already have two official mirrors.

We already have two official mirrors in Israel. Thanks for the offer anyway.

I don't recall we have ever got any complaints about neither il nor il2..
Could you please read http://php.net/mirroring ?
