My name is Alexandre Cisneiros FIlho, and I'm intrested in translate the
PEAR Manual into Brazilain Portuguese.
If it's possible, I translate downloading the HTML files or how?

Please do not use the HTML files as a basis for translation. Read
http://php.net/dochowto for more information on translations (it is
about the PHP manual, but mostly fits the PEAR manual as well).
