Can not download php from web

| Hi,
I can not download the php4.4.0 or php5.0.4 source files on php.net, and not working on any mirror too.
I think there is something wrong with the path or something.
Kindly informed.

I have just checked some mirror sites, and all seem to work for me. What
error do you get?
