Your site came to my attention while researching an unauthorized access =
attempt into our institution. The ip-address of 210.180.146.6 is the =
source of the attempted breaking and was traced back to your web-site. =
There was a total 91 attempts on 7-27-05 starting about 4:00 A.M. and =
continuing until 4:10 A.M. PDT. I would appreciate any actions on your =
part that will discourage or discontinue these activities.

This looks like some random machine in Korea. It seesm to have PHP
installed on it, but apart from that we have nothing to do with it.
It's a Linux box so perhaps you should report this to Linus Tovalds as
well. We have absolutely nothing to do with it.
