Romania 2nd mirror

| Hello,
My name is Scott Braynard and I wish you offer a second mirror from Romania. Me and and my partner own a company in the United States (www.hostingzero.com), but we have servers in Europe, including Romania.
The server's ISP is Romania Data Systems (www.rdsnet.ro) which will enable romanians pretty fast downloads.
I have downloaded the entire mirror using rsync, about 1.5 GB. I am ready to go on with the mirror process if you would allow this, just tell me what should I do next.
You can check out the mirror http://phpweb.liberty.ro. Note that I've set this up temorarily so you can see it.
What more information can I give you...
The server IP address is: 212.93.155.36
The current server uptime is: 13:10:35 up 72 days, 3:09, 2 users, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00
Server's CPU: 1.8 Ghz.
Hopefully you can accept this mirror.

Please do all the configuration steps outlined at
http://php.net/mirroring, and remember you need an IP in Romania to be
registered. ro2.php.net is currently available to take.

No, it is not only what is left for us to add it to the DNS, but first
you to provide all the date we requested for the mirror listing.
And please use reply-all when in correspondance with the mirror
maintainers (and on other php.net mailing lists).
