I'm able to verify with IE 6 SP 2.

unable to verify in my IE6. Page looks fine in mine. Might be your
browser problem.

No. The sidebar is displayed correctly.

Find below some images that show the problem as I see
it.

When I load the page in IE6 it looks like this:

When I load the page in mozilla it loads fine:

http://www.zeusedit.com/php/mozilla.png

When I do the following in either browser:

1) view source
2) save the source to local disk as HTML

Now when I load the page from the local disk it also
looks fine in IE6, but local page no longer has the
left sidebar.

there is a problem with the text when view using IE6.

Using IE6 there are some 30 blank lines between the
start and end of the following bullet point:

SciTE: Place this in Scite config file:


< This is the bug>

There are about 30 empty lines of text before
you get to the end of the bullet point.
