Wrong content-type in Polish manual

Hi there

When asking for i.e.
http://pl.php.net/manual/pl/function.sqlite-open.php

one of http headers returned from your apache server is

Content-Type: text/html;charset=utf-8

but returned HTML is in ISO-8859-2 , and this causes unreadable
rendering in my "User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1;
en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Mnenhy/0.7"
