Now it seems your mirror is not yet up to date with the latest rsync
command line settings we suggest. This makes the windows exe file to be
missing from your mirror:

http://bg.php.net/get/php-5.0.1-ins...e/from/a/mirror

Please check the mirroring page and update your settings.
