Hello,

My name is Desmet Tim from Belgium. I'm willing to help translating
the manual into Dutch. By doing so, I have an excellent opportunity to
polish up my knowledge of PHP and learning it as well...

Have you tried writing to doc-nl@lists.php.net? BTW joining is also
explained in the dochowto.

Tim did, i was just replying to him when I saw this message coming in.
I'll just continue here then.

Tim, in order to get to know on how to work on the documentation, the
dochowto really explains everything that you need to know. So please
read it carefully, and when you're done we can talk about where to start
from there.
